The Labyrinth Circle: used for calming the mind, enhancing self-reflection, and promoting stress reduction.

About Me

My name is Megan Graham, LCSW-C

I am a dedicated and passionate therapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my bachelor's degree in Family & Human Services from Towson University and completed my master’s degree at the University of Maryland, School of Social Work. Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse settings including inpatient, residential, substance abuse treatment, schools, as well as nonprofit and private practice outpatient clinics.

In addition to my professional work, I have volunteered as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) and served in various child mentorship roles. My clinical focus includes anxiety, trauma, relational conflict, parenting challenges, and men’s mental health.

I chose the slogan "Find Calm. Build Strength." because it reflects the therapeutic journey of navigating challenges to reach emotional peace and resilience. The symbol I selected is a labyrinth circle—a single, winding path that leads to the center and back out again. This represents a journey inward for self-discovery and healing, and outward for renewal and growth. It serves as a metaphor for the path toward inner peace, clarity, and emotional strength. I share this because it truly embodies how I approach therapy with my clients.

Outside of being a therapist, I’m a mom, wife, pet lover, and sports enthusiast. I love traveling and am always dreaming up my next home project. As a big foodie, I’m always on the lookout for new restaurants to try. I enjoy attending comedy shows because we all don’t laugh enough. My favorite spot is my hammock—it’s where I can slow down and practice mindfulness.

Having participated in therapy on and off throughout my life, I understand how complex—and essential—it is to find someone you truly trust. My own journey through therapy has shaped me into the empathetic, grounded therapist I am today. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. My goal is to make therapy something you look forward to—an empowering part of your growth. Let’s walk this path of healing together.
